We offer a 30-day policy for returns and exchanges from the day you’ve received your order. After 30 days, you can no longer return or exchange your purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For any returned goods, the cost of shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Furthermore, we do not accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for another size or model, we can issue you a credit note so that you can reorder as soon as your package is returned.
How do I make a return request?
Please follow the steps below:
1 - Send us an email at Hello@joures.com including your order number and the products you wish to return or exchange.
2. Once your request has been processed and approved by our customer service, please return your item in its original condition within 30 days of receiving your order to the address below:

2 - We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that your returned item will be delivered back to us, and we are not responsible if an item is lost in transit. We also advise you against using private shipping companies to return your item. These companies often charge us a fee upon receipt of your package, which will be refused upon delivery. In this case, your parcel will be returned to you. Instead, we recommend that you send your package through your local post office.
3 - Upon reception of the article, we will proceed to the refund of the product within 2 to 3 working days.
Products Must Be In Their Original Condition
To get a refund, the items must be in their original condition, except for defective or damaged products. They must meet the following requirements:
- In their original packaging, with tags and instruction booklets.
- In their original condition (not used or worn).
- Disassembled (if applicable).
- Cleaned, free of unusual odors and returned without hair (animal or human).
All products are rigorously inspected upon receipt. JOURÈS will not issue refunds for items that do not meet the above criteria.
JOURÈS reserves the right to refuse a returned item that does not meet these conditions and send it back to the buyer at the buyer's expense. In some cases, a restocking fee may apply.
Returns of damaged, defective or incorrect items
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the items upon reception. For a defective, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 15 days following the reception of your item at Hello@joures.com.
To accelerate the process, please include photos of the product in question and your order number. We will contact you as soon as possible and replace or refund your item.

Finale sale items
JOURÈS accepts returns for the vast majority of products sold. Due to the nature of certain items and our inability to guarantee that they will be completely new, safe, and hygienic for the next customer, some specific products are non-returnable. This includes: teethers, pacifiers, pacifier cases, baby bottles, rattles and tableware.
Gift cards, as well as discounted items, are considered final sales.
